Shipping Information

South Sea Pearl LLC ships your selections with the utmost in care. We use Federal Express unless the customer requests a different shipping method.

All orders are generally processed within one business day. Packages are sent insured, most requiring a delivery signature. Packages will be sent by ground with free shipping, 2nd day Air is also available for a $15 charge and next day delivery is also an option for $25. International shipments will be sent by Federal Express for a $40 charge.

Return Policy

We want to make certain our customers are 100% satisfied and are pleased to give our clients a 30 day return policy. The item purchase price will be fully refunded. This generous policy gives you time to consider your purchase and make certain you made the correct decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item, in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Our Quality Assurance department will carefully examine the item to make certain it is in original condition, not worn or any alterations done to the jewelry.

How to Prepare a Return

  1. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Items that were sent with free shipping will be charged a $10 shipping fee.
  3. Call: 866 - 611 - 8881 for your Return Authorization Code: Write this code on the return sticker found at the bottom of your original invoice. Affix the sticker to the outside of the box you are returning.
  4. Package your return: Please include all original packaging, gift box, certificate of authenticity, and jewelry.
  5. Insure your package:
    1. Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to insure your item and request a return receipt.
    2. Up to $5000: Please ship it by the USPS postal service via insured mail: Be sure to insure your item for the full value and request a return receipt.
  6. South Sea Pearl LLC is not responsible for any damaged, lost or uninsured packages during the return process.
